There’s no fixed response time to promise, and no ticket number or live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. If a question is really about what you are legally allowed to transmit, your license conditions, or an RF-exposure limit, your national spectrum regulator or a qualified RF safety professional will have a more authoritative answer than this site can give; OpenLTE’s tools produce general engineering estimates, not regulatory or design advice, and the site isn’t affiliated with any regulator, manufacturer, or standards body.

Before writing in about a tool result, it can help to double-check the values and units you entered — a distance in miles instead of kilometres, a frequency in GHz instead of MHz, or a gain in dBd instead of dBi is the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks wrong after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
